Conference center 'De Poort'

From Schiphol airport to Nijmegen central station you can take a direct train, conveniently leaving from platforms right under the arrival hall. The train takes you to Nijmegen in 1hr and 37 minutes, and leaves (between 7.00h and 0.22h) every 15 min during office hours or every 30 min in off-hours. Check the screens at the center of the airports arrival hall, right above the platforms, for the next train to Nijmegen, or the timetable at the website of the Dutch Railroads.
In the morning of monday 20th our special shuttle bus is leaving for "De Poort" at 8.45h a.m. in front of Nijmegen central station.
Important note: Due to various reconstruction activities, the bus cannot stop in front of the railway station. In stead, you will find the bus in the Burg. Hustinxstraat. The place can be found very easily: when you leave the main entrance of the railway station, take the street at the left hand side in front of you.

The bus has a sign "de Poort" and is from the company "Leenders".
Alternatively, De Poort has an arrangement with the Taxi company Albers. Call them at 0 24 323 000, one day before you arrive in Nijmegen, and they can bring you to The Poort for 10 Euros only, one way, or 5 Euros each when you travel together with another participant of the symposium. Other cabs will charge about 20 to 25 Euros for the same one way trip.
